Usually it uses T8 fluorescent tube for the underground garage lighting. This kind of light source need to use 8W magnetic ballast and its totally actual power consumption is 44W. It not only consumes a large amount of electricity, but also there is humming noise and stroboscopic. So that it needs to replace the tube and the starter frequently . That means it is very tedious for maintenance.

It has been adopted by many developers and property management companies to use LED fluorescent lamp (without induction/ with induction) to replace the ordinary T8 fluorescent lamp. 1. Annual electricity consumption spending

Annual electric chargespending = lamps quantity*wattage*annual working hours* electric charge

2. Tube-replacing spending (As the working life of the fluorescent tube is not very long, it will be broken and need to be replaced within 3 years)

If you replace 30% of the fluorescent tubes, the replacing spending is as follows:

3. Ballast-replacing spending

Actuator-replacing spending= (actuatorprice+ labor cost) * replacing times

Replacing times= (annual working time / actuator life) * quantity
