Altitude: from 200 to 350 metre s.l.m

Planting details: wineyard cltivaed by contro-spalliera with 4000 vines per hectare

Climate: mild winter with fresh spring, summer and autumn very hot and dry

Harvest period: manual harvest, from the second week on end of September

Vinification: soft pressing, fermentation with controlled temperature about 16-17℃

Refining: 2 months in bottles at controlled temperature ( 15-16℃)

Organoleptic characteristics:

Colour: Pale yellow with green reflections

Nose: dedicate scent , fruity with white flowers

Palate: dry , harmonius, pleasant with a long finish

Alcoholic content: 12.5%

Numbers of bottles produced: 60000 bottles from 750 ml.

Ideal Service Temperature: 8-10 ℃

Suggested type of glass: wide and transparent, long stalk glass

Accompaniments: fish hors-d'oeuvres, fish dishes, shellfish and as aperitif

Storage method: in dark room with temperature not exceeding 13-15 ℃

Ageing potential: drinkimmediately or keep to 2 years
