Brief Work Flow of CP Batteries

1. Mixing
• Mix solvent and bond separately with positive and negative active materials. Make into positive and negative pasty materials after stirring at high speed till uniformity.

2. Oven
• Easy to Operate with Automatic Alarm Device for Safety. Automatically Controlled to Ensure Quality.

3. Cathode Molding System
• Forming the Cathode into Circular Balls with Preset Size. Automatically Controlled System to Ensure Cathode Density.

4. Automatic Nickel Tab Welding Machine
• Automatic Spot Welding Nickel Tabs on Both Ends of Battery to Ensure the Quality of Welding and Precise Locations.

5. Dehumidifier System
• Four High Quality Dehumidifiers Generating Large Flow of Dry Air to Reduce Dew Point of Air in Battery Assembling Rooms and Chambers Below -40℃ Constantly.

6. Winding

• Separate the positive and negative plate with separator, wind into battery cells along central spindle, and then plate terminate tape.

7. Insulation Test 1
• After separate anode and cathode by separator paper; a battery cell has formed, then test its insulation.

8. Sealing 1

• Seal the upside after putting the naked cell into soft aluminum foil .


9. Sealing 2

• Seal the left side.

10. Insulation Test 2
• Test insulation of the terminal of the battery and the aluminum foil.

11. Vacuum Drying

• Dry battery by vacuum, eliminate humid air gas completely, to make sure battery's quality.

12. Electrolyte filling

• Fill with electrolyte in a dry glove box, relative humidity must be under 0.01%.

13. Detection
• Test battery's internal resistance and the amount of electrolyte, see if it meets design requirements.

14. Air exhausting
• Air will exit inside battery after charging, draw it away until vacuum.

15. Sealing again after extra air pumpted out.
