Characteristics of wood plastic (foam) profile co-extrusion line
The extruder speed is adjusted by frequency control, and the conical double-screw extruder with screw core temperature control. Extrusion capacity can be increased by 50%, the electricity can be saved as 20%-30%.
Gearbox with hard tooth surface can continuously operate for long time without breakdown. The haul-off unit combines with cutting machine, which causes stable performance and long service time. Based on this equipment, add one set of steel lining transportation unit and change the die into special die for wood plastic foam profile, the line can produce plastic steel profiles.
Compared with ordinary doors and windows, the product has extinguished high strength and high heat preservation function, good air tightness and other properties; it is easy to be assembled and no special requirement for plastic welding and angle clearance instruments; it can be operated on the spot, which makes its market prospects bright and application generalization very easy. This machinery unit does not need to choose particle units, as the material and wood powder can be directly extruded together to produce wood plastic profiles after mixing.
It can also adopt pelletizing and extrusion in two steps; it is electricity saving and space saving; it has properties of high capacity and stable extrusion function.
The preheat feeding machine is set on the top of main extruder. Residual water in large percentage of wood powder are dried off in advance, which makes the later step of machinery source feeding is more substantial; the facility creates good plasticizing and mixing effect. The optimization design of the screw makes low shearing rate, which leaves the wood fiber not to be cut off and makes the materials well distributed in the machine. Screw & barrel adopts bi-metalic treatment, which is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and has long endurable life.
The production line can produce PE, PP or PVC wood-plastic profile products for wide functional usage, such as trays, boxes, flooring, outdoor decoration materials and etc.
It has high percentage source feeding of wood particles and plant fibers (maximum 50-75%) and wide functional usage which meets the requirement of simultaneous processing of PP, PE, PVC, ABS, PS and other materials.
