The parallel twin-screw extruder has been widely used in: the filling, blending, modification, enhancement of rubber and engineering resin, the devolatilization of super absorbent resin and chlorinated polypropylene, the extrusion of degradable master batch, copolyamide and polyurethane addition polymerization, prilling of carbon powder and magnetic particle and preparation of cable insulating material, sheathing compound, flame-retardant PVC cable material with small smoke and low halogen, various silane crosslinked materials. Small model machines are used for scientific research and teaching. The characters: parallel homonymous twin-screw extruder system: the screw and barrel with building block system has good interchangeability and can be used in any arbitrary combination according to various material processing technologies; the barrel is made of nitriding steel and bi-metal materials, with the advantages of wear resistant, anticorrosion and long service life; the screw element is made of nitriding steel and high speed steel, and its curve adopts computer auxiliary design with special processing technologies, and these measures makes the materials well-distributed and excellent mixing and plasticizing effects. Reduction system: it adopts the dedicated reduction box for plastic machines, and the driving part is made of high alloy carburizing steels of high quality, produced by combining with the technologies of carburization, quenching and gear grinding; the key components add the surface hardening treatment, the surface strength HRC54-62, core hardness HRC30-40, tooth hear 6 level, and the system has the advantages of high speed, high torque and low noise etc. The feed system: it adopts twin-screw constant feed system with an agitator, which can feed uniformly and precisely.
