I. Overview
JC-LUCB plug-in vortex flow sensors can be widely applied to large diameter gas, liquid, steam flow measurement in various industries, also measure contains tiny particles of impurities turbid liquid, and as a flow transmitter for automatic control system.
JC-LUCB plug-in vortex flow sensors explosion-proof, in line with GB3836-83 (electrical equipment for explosive atmospheres) the relevant provisions proof mark ExdIIBT6.
Second, the principle
According to the International Organization for Standardization IS07145 (measuring fluid flow in closed conduits of circular cross-section - the speed measurement point in cross-section), using embedded piezoelectric crystal vortex velocity probe is inserted into the large diameter industrial pipes, the Karman vortex frequency conversion as the flow rate proportional to the current or voltage pulse signal or 4 ~ 20mADC current signal.

• You can achieve continuous stream removable sensor, enabling the amplifier and sensor separation (separation distance 15m);
* Use interference cancellation circuit and vibration sensor head, so that the instrument has a certain resistance to environmental vibration performance;
Pressure loss is small; a wide range; the range of up to 1:25;
· No moving parts; long-term stability; simple structure, easy installation and maintenance;
· Medium temperature can be measured up to + 250 ℃.
