A use

The electrode is a composite electrode composed of a PH glass electrode and a reference electrode. It is a measuring sensor for the pH meter to measure the H concentration (PH value) in the aqueous solution and is widely used in various fields where PH needs to be detected. The purchased electrode is a carefully crafted precision analytical test sensor. The product has been thoroughly tested at the factory. If the user carefully follows the following instructions and maintenance, the best test results and extended electrode life can be achieved.

4. Use maintenance and precautions

1.Before the test to remove the electrode protective cover, (within the solution is 3.3mol / lKCL, if there is crystal out, is a normal phenomenon, does not affect the electrode use)

2.Observe the inside of the sensitive bulb is full of liquid, if found to have bubbles, you should gently shake the electrode down (like rejection of the thermometer) to remove the bubble within the sensitive bulb, otherwise it will affect the test accuracy.

V. Electrode and PH meter matching correction and testing

1.Connect the PH electrode to the PH instrument input and connect it correctly.

2.According to the instrument manual to calibrate, calibration results to be measured.

6. Electrode preservation and maintenance

1.Electrode using electric gap, please clean the electrode with distilled water, dry into the protective bottle, until the next test before the injection solution activation.

2.Electrode, if not for a long period of time, should be rinsed and drained of residual distilled water.

3.The sensitive glass bulb at the front of the electrode can not be in contact with the hard object, and any damage and wiping will cause the electrode to fail.

4.Electrode electrode after long-term use, the slope of the electrode and the response speed can be reduced.Can be measured in the electrode soaked in 4% HF 3-5 seconds or diluted HCL solution 1-2 minutes, after washing with distilled water in potassium chloride Solution soaked to make it complex

5.In the tested container, if the material is easy to pollute the sensitive ball or block the liquid, the electrode will be passivated, the response speed will slow down obviously, the slope will decrease or the reading will be unstable. Clean and re-clean the solution. Refer to the table below for contaminants and suitable cleaning agents
