ZRN208 high temperature pressure transmitter is the core component of Silicon Hetero-epitaxial technology made of Sapphire-Sapphire elastic sensing element. Epitaxial silicon layout-strain resistance bridge, Sapphire-Silicon diaphragm with diaphragm adopts high temperature welding technology of titanium alloy sealed into one, as a result of Sapphire as an insulating substrate, overcame the Silicon sensing element in the weakness of the p-n junction isolation techniques, provides the perfect temperature and excellent long-term stability. In addition, the overall structure of diaphragm and intermediary fluid, measured media's contact with titanium alloy diaphragm, resistant to corrosion, wear, zero drift characteristics such as minimal.
