Check the installation:
After installing the sensor user to check on the following items: a received signal strength, signal quality Q value, the time difference, the estimated liquid speed of sound, signal transmission time ratio, the only way to stabilize the operation of the meter, accurate measurement.
Signal strength:
It refers to the amplitude of the signal strength of the received ultrasonic signal is amplified with 3-digit number: [000] refers to any signal is not detected; [999] refers to the maximum received signal.
Although the signals between the 500-999 meter can work, but a strong signal strength will be able to get good measurement results, so the user should adjust the sensor receives the signal to the maximum.
We recommend the following manner to obtain greater signal strength:
(1) If the measured flow value is unstable, the signal strength is lower than 700, re-select the preferred measurement position.
(2) Try to polish the outer surface of the pipe, apply more coupling agents.
